To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, not damaged in any way and in the original condition that you received it. All tags and original packaging must be intact. BJ reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request if these conditions are not met. In the unlikely event that you received a defected item, please contact us at our Contact Us page within 2 days upon receiving your items. Shipping fees will not be refunded for exchanges.

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team for a return authorization.
Return Policy: Wholesale items may be returned within 2 days if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Reporting Damages: Retailers must report any damage within 2 days of receiving their order for a full refund or replacement.
Our warranty lasts 1-month from date of purchase.
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or gradual degradation due to wear and tear. Repair services are available and is subjected to an assessment of item. Do note that repair work outside of warranty period is chargeable.

Our policy lasts 2 days from date of purchase or date of delivery for online orders. If 2 days have passed since the date of your purchase or delivery of your online order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned to us in original condition with all labels / tags attached. Returns may take several days to process.
Personalised items (without valid reason) cannot be exchanged or returned. Proof of purchase must be shown.
For any other concerns in your order that did not match your expectation, kindly contact us.
To return your product, please contact us first via email at info@burmajade.co. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As we are not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service or using our pick up service.
Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange for an item bought from other platforms e.g. Facebook or Carousel, you will need to initiate a chat via the Facebook messenger or Carousel Chat through your order details. Mention that you would like to make an exchange for another item and our representative will get back to you at our soonest. The admin and processing fee SGD50 will be applied.
For all special orders, including but not limited to customized jewellery and engraved jewellery, these items would not be eligible for exchanges. In addition, sponsored jewellery such as items used for giveaways are also not eligible for exchanges.
We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, amend the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy at any time and without notice to you.
